- Immediately stop using and stop charging the device.
- Move away from the hazard if safe to do so and place the device outdoors away from flammable structures.
- Do NOT attempt to open, puncture, solder, or water-submerge a damaged battery pack.
- In case of active fire or smoke, immediately contact emergency services (911).
